Air-Fried Teriyaki Salmon Sushi Bowl
Ingredients
4 oz boneless, skinless fresh Atlantic Salmon
4 tbsp G Hughes sugar-free teriyaki sauce
1 package roasted seaweed snacks
1/4 cup sushi rice (can also substitute with white or brown rice)
0.5 tbsp sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions
Marinate your salmon in the teriyaki sauce (~30 minutes)
In the meantime, cook your rice and set aside.
Air-fry salmon at 400 F for about 7 minutes, including marinade
(time and temperature may vary based on brand of air-fryer)
Prep your bowl with rice, salmon, and top with sesame seeds (can toast the sesame seeds prior if desired). Garnish bowl with seaweed.
