Chocolate PB Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 carton 20g protein shake (I used Orgain plant-based protein)

  • 2 tbsp PB Fit powder

Instructions

  1. Combine your ingredients in an air-tight container or mason jar.

  2. Allow to sit overnight for chia seeds to absorb the liquid and achieve desired consistency.

  3. Grab & go the next day and enjoy!
