Roasted Chickpeas

Have you ever considering chickpeas to curb that crunchy craving? Try these air-fried chickpeas that make a great addition to a Mediterranean-based dish , an alternative to croutons in a salad, or a protein & fiber packed snack that you can pop in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed, and dried

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 tbsp Himalayan pink salt (or sea salt)

Instructions

  1. Add your ingredients to a bowl or directly to a baking dish.

  2. Mix chickpeas, olive oil, and salt together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Set your air-fryer to the roast setting and roast at 400 for 15 minutes, tossing halfway.
