Strawberry-Chocolate Pudding Pie

This recipe is great if you’re looking for a low-calorie dessert. I loved using fresh strawberries I had around Valentine’s Day to bring this seasonal dessert to a gathering! This recipe is great for curbing that sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Jell-O zero sugar chocolate fudge pudding packet

  • 2 cups milk (I used FairLife whole milk)

  • 1 pie crust (I used Pillsbury regular, frozen)

  • 16tbsp Reddi Whip fat free whipped cream

  • 8oz fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Thaw out frozen pie crust, poke vent holes with a fork and bake according to package instructions. Set aside and allow to cool.

  2. In the meantime, prepare your pudding mixture by combining pudding packet and milk in a mixing bowl. Allow to set in the fridge.

  3. Slice your strawberries and set aside.

  4. When the pie crust is cool and pudding is set, mix the pudding and transfer it to the pie crust. Smooth out the top and top with sliced strawberries.

  5. When you’re ready to serve, top with 8 servings (2 tbsp) of whipped cream.
