Apple Oat Bars

This recipe is great, especially in the fall because it's a great use of seasonal produce, requires minimal ingredients, and is nutrient-dense. This recipe is friendly for kids and adults alike (consider removing the skin of the apples if preparing for younger children due to its choking hazard), and what I love is that you can utilize this recipe as an easy grab-and-go breakfast option, or you can warm it up and top with a scoop of ice cream for a satisfying dessert!

Instructions:

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are combined.

  2. Spread out into an even layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for ~35 minutes.

  3. Allow to cool & cut into squares
