Game Day Spinach Artichoke Dip

Who doesn’t love a good game day dip?! Whether you’re hosting, attending, or chilling in front of the big screen, give this easy Spinach Artichoke Dip a try. You can even make this advance, pop back in the oven when you’re ready to serve, or portion out into individual portions and microwave.

Ingredients

  • 1- 14oz can artichoke hearts

  • 1- 20oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed

  • 1- 8oz block of Philadelphia Neufchâtel cheese (1/3 less fat than cream cheese)

  • 1/2 cup mayo (I used Chosen Foods brand made with avocado oil)

  • 1/2 plain Greek yogurt (in lieu of sour cream)

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (I used part-skim)

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • Seasonings to taste: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to. 350 F

  2. In a food processor, add your artichoke hearts & thawed, frozen, chopped spinach

  3. To a large mixing bowl, add your spinach artichoke mixture along with the remaining ingredients except for Mozzarella cheese (Neufchatel cheese, mayo, yogurt, garlic and seasonings)

  4. Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish, smoothen out, and top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes, broil for remaining 5 minutes.

  6. Pair with chips, crackers, or enjoy on it’s own (I paired with homemade crostini) and enjoy!
